Below is a candid shot of Bambu Jessica. It’s not a “photoshoot look”. This is her everyday look. Yes, she has pink dreads and animal stripes tattooed on the left side of her head. She’s crazy but I love it!
Bambu does all her own styling and concept planning. She makes her accessories, does her own makeup & hair, and configures all the parts.
She’s also one of the most creative and sweetest young women I’ve ever worked with. She’s insane – in a good way!

She’s never predictable, always so full of life! One time she even brought her pet tarantula which she carries in a Hello Kitty box!! I just about had a heart attack!!
In a Hello Kitty box? Like it’s cute, hehehe! It’s not cute, it’s terrifying. She actually loves that fuzzy thing and thinks it’s adorable!
She’s absolutely, positively, unequivocally a creative genius!!! There’s no one else like her on the planet.
