It’s a Visual World

It’s a Visual World

Everyone has to model these days.

Or pose for photos anyway.  In a world now driven by social media, photos are more important than ever.

Even when I write my best writing, it rarely has the views that the photo pages have.

Tolga and I do technology, media & marketing, but we always need photos. Always always.  It’s ‘content.’ Any artist, persona, business, web site, TV show, magazine or blogger constantly needs new photos to “feed the machine,” as we call it. It gives people a reason to come back to the web site.

Photos are thoughtful. It doesn’t make people work so hard to understand your story. It saves them time.

Photos send a visual message that reach and stick in the brain in a way words never will.

Photos give businesses and projects a tool to help properly set their brand in their minds of their clients, customers and fans. It gives them something to stir their imagination.  Something to show to others, something to share.

Photos gives prospects something to entice them and make them curious.

For fans, photos are like fuel for their passion. It confirms to them why they became a fan in the first place.

Tolga does photography out of love.  He needs it for a break from code because architecting software is so complex.

Photography is no drama. Photos are a finished product you can put out without having to wait 7 years for a patent.

Photography is technology meets artistry.
