I grew up in a tiny river town in #crotonmichigan . Our house was full of knotty pine. About 13-14 years ago the house caught on fire. Unbeknownst to me, my sister @hallbilly Suzi & family had salvaged some of the wood, and they created this extraordinary wall hanging out of that wood as a memory.  On top is a picture of the front of my childhood home! I cried my eyes out. Oh! And she made me listen to the song #thehousethatbuiltme first. Talk about an emotional, multisensory experience!!
